Apartment features include all-electric kitchens, private balconies or patios, central air and heating, ceiling fans, dishwashers, microwaves, hardwood floors, walk-in closets, extra storage, screened-in patios, and washer and dryer connections. Furnished apartments are available, with private entrances and wood-burning fireplaces offered in select homes.

Yes, we conduct a third-party screening that looks at credit history, rental history, and criminal background. The screening does not have specific credit score criteria but does flag items such as recent evictions, bankruptcies, felonies, and monies owed to previous landlords.
Are guarantors accepted?
Yes, we accept guarantors. Guarantors must also complete an application for residency, undergo screening, and meet our resident qualification criteria.
Is my security deposit refundable?
Security deposits are refundable contingent upon any damage to the apartment home beyond normal wear and tear. Please check your lease agreement for details about our security deposit requirements.
Are there any promotions?
We do run promotions from time to time. Please check out our promotions page or call the leasing office for best pricing.

Is Reserve at Harper’s Point a pet-friendly apartment community?
Yes. Reserve at Harper’s Point is a pet-friendly apartment community that welcomes cats and dogs. Pet amenities include a bark park, dog run, pet-waste stations, and complimentary pet treats. Certain pet fees and registration requirements may apply.
What dog breeds are accepted at Reserve at Harper’s Point?
All furry friends are welcome! Reserve at Harper’s Point does not have dog breed or size restrictions. Dogs of all breeds are welcome at our pet-friendly apartment community.
Can Reserve at Harper’s Point management address emergency maintenance requests?
Yes. Reserve at Harper’s Point offers both on-site and on-call maintenance. Residents can contact the community team to submit routine service requests or report qualifying maintenance emergencies outside regular office hours.
Can I make a noise complaint about a neighbor at Reserve at Harper’s Point?
Yes. Residents experiencing excessive or disruptive noise should contact the Reserve at Harper’s Point management team so the concern can be addressed. The community also has a part-time courtesy patrol. If anyone’s immediate safety is at risk, residents should call 911.
Can I make changes to my apartment at Reserve at Harper’s Point?
Yes! Residents are welcome to personalize their apartment homes with updates such as painting or hanging artwork, as long as the apartment is not damaged and is returned to its original condition before move-out. Please consult the leasing team before making any permanent or significant changes.
Can Reserve at Harper’s Point management enter a resident’s apartment home?
Our lease agreement gives the community team the right to enter a resident’s apartment home at any time. However, we try to make residents aware of scheduled inspections or any need to enter their home at least 24 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency, such as a leak, management has the right to enter without advance notice to prevent further damage to the apartment home or community.

Are there late fees for late rental payments?
Yes, please check your lease agreement for more information about our late fee policies.
Is there a penalty for breaking a lease?
Yes, our early termination policy is defined in your lease agreement. However, there are some exceptions to this. Please contact our team for more information.
